JOANNE LE
When I immigrated to the US from Vietnam at 21 years old I knew very little English. It took a lot of hard work, but after 5 years, I was able to open my first nail salon in Laguna Beach, California at the age of 26. After enduring a few challenges in life and business, I felt the need for a fresh start. In 2003, I decided to settle down in South Reno as a single mother of two children under 5. As soon as I got to town, I set to work on opening my next salon, Foxy Nails, and I never looked back. I have overcome many difficulties, but at the moment, I am happy and proud of what nurtured: two great kids and the person I am today.

In Nirvana, your mind moves to another plane of existence by extinguishing the flames of desire, delusion, hatred, and anger. For all I’ve been through and achieved, I feel like I have reached enlightenment, with a complete awareness of the true nature of reality. I am HAPPY.
